Pebble Path Journal is a 3-month guided journal designed to help your child navigate big feelings through gratitude and mindfulness, turning daily overwhelm into moments of calm connection.

From Meltdown to Mindfulness

Shifting the focus from "acting out" to "tuning in," helping kids identify the physical sensations of stress before they escalate.

The 5-Minute Anchor

A simple, science-backed daily routine that fits into busy schedules, providing the predictability and safety every child’s nervous system craves.

Somatic (body-based) tools

Uses age-appropriate prompts to teach children how to locate emotions in their body, turning scary sensations into manageable information.

CBT & ACT (thought-based) Tools

Introduces foundational thought-management skills that build psychological flexibility and long-term emotional resilience. Connecting thoughts-emotions-actions (CBT) and accepting all emotions while committing to values-based actions (ACT).

Monthly Growth Themes

Each of the 3 months explores a new SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) pillar, keeping the journey engaging and developmentally on track. Each month is guided by a new Pebble Path character who embodies that theme.

Built for Connection

Specifically designed for grown-ups and children to do together, strengthening your bond while you build their emotional vocabulary. At the end of each page is a 'grown-ups' note - a special space for you to leave a note of encouragement or support.

This book is such an important and age appropriate way to start the conversation with your young kids about feelings and managing your emotions. As a therapist, who works with anxious kids and families, being able to provide them with resources that kids enjoy engaging with is a great way to develop new skills such as mindfulness and deep breathing. Highly recommend!!

As a Licensed Counselor and a mom of 3, I can't say enough good things about this journal! It builds foundational emotional skills that help children identify their emotions, practice gratitude and learn tools to regulate their big feelings. And the best part is that my 3 and 4 year old are genuinely so excited to use it nightly! These tools are backed by science yet fun enough that your kids will actually want to stick with it!
